Coles Nursery School was opened in 1991 by Susan Mortimer.
The Nursery is set in a beautiful rural area with plenty of space indoor and out for the children to explore.

2 - 5 yrs.
We are open 8.00am - 5.30pm for 50 weeks of the year and offer flexible affordable childcare.

The Nursery was opened in 1991 and is situated in the grounds of a seventeenth century farmhouse. Coles Nursery School has received the West Sussex Quality Award which recognises the quality of care and good practise in the Nursery and the dedicated work of the staff.
A typical session at the Nursery will offer a wide range of play, exploration and learning experiences for the children including; painting, craft, cooking, sand and water play, role play, singing, music and movement, free play games and story telling and many other activities incorporating the six areas of learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage. All activities and opportunities are planned and designed to include the childrens interests and their next steps of development.

Fees and Sessions....
The Nursery is open Monday - Friday throughout the year except for Bank Holidays and approximately 7 days over christmas and one week in the Summer. Full fees are charged for both full and part time pupils for weeks shortened by Bank holidays, but if possible alternative sessions will be arranged to make up for those sessions missed, provided they are taken within the same week.
Holidays can be booked at a cost of 50% of normal weekly fees when a full week is taken and a months notice is given.

Sessions are also available starting from 8.00am and finishing at 5.30pm at
a rate of £2 for the additional half an hour added to a session.
Morning and afternoon refreshments are provided by the Nursery.
Children attending all day are required to bring a packed lunch.
We also accept Busy Bees and Accor child care vouchers.
Early Years Free Entitlement
We accept funding for the Early Years Free Entitlement for all 3 year olds the term after their 3rd birthday.
Each child is entitled to 11 hours of free Child Care per week for 50 weeks of the year or 15 hours a week term time only. These hours may be used flexibly over a minimum of 2/3 days. (Term Time spaces are available on a first come first serve basis)
Hours over the funding will be charged at £4.00 an hour.
